All items are final sale.

We do our best to take photographs that show the true color of items, however all screens may show a slight variation of color.  This is up to the buyer - we will not offer refunds for this.

We are not responsible for how items fit, as sizing is determined by the manufacturing company.  If you are unsure if an item will fit, it's best to size up. You are more than welcome to stop by the boutique to try items on, as we do not offer refunds for items that don't fit.

We look through our items extensively for stains, wear, etc and do our best to include everything in the product description.  With this being said, we are actual humans, so we might make mistakes from time to time.  If an item you receive does not match the product description on the website or has a visible defect that was not disclosed in the product description, PLEASE reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make things right.  

We DO NOT cancel orders or offer refunds if you select the wrong shipping option at checkout (example: you select 'pick up' but live in a different province OR you select 'hold my order until free shipping' but would like it shipped before the free shipping minimum is reached.)  This is up to the buyer at checkout.  If the wrong option is selected, you will have the option to pay our flat rate shipping fee within 48 hours or your order will be forfeited.  

If an item has been shipped, shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

A few ideas for any items you receive that don't fit/work for you - resell on a buy & sell group, pass on to a friend, donate to someone in need.
